How does your order now pay later work?

Feel Free to Order using out cart system.

The Cart will record your order information and payment method, But the Credit card will not be billed until plants must be requested from China in the Fall.

Simply, I do not require payment now.
To participate in this Buy now / Pay later program ---
I require a payment method - Current Valid credit card on file, Valid Paypal
email address, or money order as soon as the Order is placed / or Ebay end
of auction / win notification occurs.

I do not accept Personal checks of any kind.

In the fall.. about Late Sept.. I will either invoice your Paypal account /
or charge your credit card for the funds required -- and at that time
transmit the funds to China. I will be collecting only the funds for the
plants, not the shipping.
When the plants are ready to ship, I will then request payment for shipping
fees.

For the Program to work ----

You are required to have payment in before I send funds to China.. and have
shipping fees paid prior to shipping plants to you in the fall.. and that is
that.
The reason!

Save us all the hassle! Your credit card will not be charged months in
advance, Only when product is on the move.
I also prefer not billing to Paypal until the funds are needed, as many
Paypal accounts are also a drain on Credit cards. And who needs the credit
card interest hassle.

This also allows you time to make additional selections before the final
list is sent to China in Early October.

However, in fall, if Payment for plants or for the shipping fees are not
secured, Plants will not ship.

Yes.. All International buyers must pay for an
USDA Phyto-sanitary certificate

PLANTS DESTROYED VIA FAILURE TO CROSS INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

CANCELLED ORDERS?
A customer has the option to cancel their order prior to any funds transmitted to China. A request to cancel must be received in writing prior to October 31st.

Cancellations after 10/31 will not be honored.

Ebay buyers are not by Ebay rules allowed to cancel their bid wins. Ebay winners are obligated to honor the contract of the sale and remit total owed prior to plants shipping.

No orders will be shipped unless Shipping / handling fees are paid.

REFUND POLICY
At this time, Our Chinese grower will replace any tree peony
that fails to leaf out by the following October.
All shipping fees are non refundable.
There are no cash refunds!
Only plant replacements will be offered for failed plants!
If a
replacement is required -
A request for replacement must be made and the initial shipping fee must be prepaid by the
requesting customer to receive replacement plant.

This Replacement offer is
void if the plants were tampered with, defiled by critters/ bugs, destroyed
by natural occurrences.

Plants may only be replaced once.

RED - RED ORANGE - CREAM ORANGE - ORANGE

Pomegrantes are cultivated in an area similar to Tree Peonies. They are much easier to cultivate. They are a summer flowering shrub / tree, grown for their bright red flowers, and yellow to orange-red fruits, which ripen and become edible (mostly in warm climates Zone 8-10). They are Frost to Half hardy.
In Zones 7 and below it is preferred they are a potted tree, set out in spring after last frost and brought in before first fall frost.

Promegrantes need a sheltered, sunny position and well-drained soil. They can be propagated by seed in spring or by semi-rip cutting in summer.

P. granatum (Punica Pomegrante) are deciduous, round shrub / tree. Height and spread is anywhere form 6-25 ft.

The shrub has narrowly oblong leaves and , in summer, produces funnel shaped, bright red flowers, with crumpled petals. Fruits are spherical and deep yellow to orange. The may be grown in a southern or eastern aspect, either free- standing or, in frost prone climates (Zone 7-5), against a wall for protection.

The Pomegrante flowers early and little plants can open with flowers. Flower colors vary between varieties.

Big plants can bloom up to 3000 flowers.
The Flowering season is very long, about 100-150 days

The Pomegrante fruit is a big fruit, 500g and mostly edible.

These Punica Peonies are freshly fall harvested (depending on China weather conditions), prepared for USDA Custom’s inspection (dry packed with the graft sealed within Spagham moss) (Plants will appear dormant), tagged & labeled and ready for Fall planting in your yard/ garden!
As they arrive, they are again inspected here at South Creek Nursery of Palmyra NY, and then reshipped to customers Immediately within the next 10 days.

5-12 tree peonies add an additional $10.00 to the total -

13-20 peonies - add an additional $10.00

21-30 - add an additional $33.00
(or Any upto 21-30 = will now total is $80.00 s/h)
31 or more = adjusted rate based on quote

Tree Peonies are classified as either Erect; Expanding , or Semi-expanding:

Erect, expanding and semi expanding is in reference to total plant shape.

Erect.. is where the plant will tower up, expanding briefly at the top,

Expanding is where the plant stays lower to the ground and expands.. branches out in a wide mound.
Semi expanding is a cross between the both.
