To participate in this Buy now / Pay later program ---
I require a payment method - Current Valid credit card on file, Valid Paypal
email address, or money order as soon as the Order is placed / or Ebay end
of auction / win notification occurs.
I do not accept Personal checks of any kind.
In the fall.. about Late Sept.. I will either invoice your Paypal account /
or charge your credit card for the funds required -- and at that time
transmit the funds to China. I will be collecting only the funds for the
plants, not the shipping.
When the plants are ready to ship, I will then request payment for shipping
fees.
For the Program to work ----
You are required to have payment in before I send funds to China.. and have
shipping fees paid prior to shipping plants to you in the fall.. and that is
that.
The reason!
Save us all the hassle! Your credit card will not be charged months in
advance, Only when product is on the move.
I also prefer not billing to Paypal until the funds are needed, as many
Paypal accounts are also a drain on Credit cards. And who needs the credit
card interest hassle.
This also allows you time to make additional selections before the final
list is sent to China in Early October.
However, in fall, if Payment for plants or for the shipping fees are not
secured, Plants will not ship.
CANCELLED ORDERS? A customer has the option to cancel their order prior to any funds
transmitted to China. A request to cancel must be received in writing
prior to October 31st.
Cancellations after 10/31 will not be honored.
Ebay buyers are not by Ebay
rules allowed to cancel their bid wins. Ebay winners are obligated to
honor the contract of the sale and remit total owed prior to plants
shipping.
No orders will be shipped unless Shipping / handling fees
are paid.
REFUND on ORDERS
Once funds are transmitted via wire to China authorizing harvest, order
refunds can not be honored.
Once orders are posted for delivery, with delivery confirmation, We do
not refund Shipping or Handling fees at anytime.
CASH REFUND POLICY Generally, once funds are transmitted to China we do not refund.
If plants are enroute to you, we definitely discourage refunds.
If a shipment of plants is refused, and returned damaged,
you maybe assessed a 25% fee on the restock.
Once plants ship, all shipping and handling fees can not be refunded.

Tree Peonies are freshly
fall harvested (depending on China weather conditions), prepared for USDA Customs
inspection (dry packed with the graft sealed within Spagham moss) (Plants will appear
dormant), tagged & labeled and ready for Fall planting in your yard/ garden!
As
they arrive, they are again inspected here at South Creek Nursery of Palmyra NY, and then
reshipped to customers Immediately within the next 10 days.

South Creek Nursery of Palmyra, and our Chinese Grower Partners guarantees
its nursery stock / Peonies to be true to the description under which it
is sold. We hold ourselves in readiness, on proper proof, at our
discretion, to either replace all nursery stock that proves otherwise. We
shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount originally
received for said nursery stock/ peony. WE do not provide any cash
refunds, but will secure replacement plants for those incorrect to name.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
We do our very best to ensure that healthy, viable, true-to-name plants are
shipped, but recognize that problems can occur. If you have a concern about
your shipment when it arrives, please notify us within a few days of receipt
so that we may render any possible assistance. After notifying us of any
problems with your order, you then have up to 3 months to file a claim on
unsatisfactory plants. Late claims made after 3 months may be respectfully
declined. Note: Any plants that fail to leaf out within 120 days or
the following spring will be replaced. Free replacement requests must
be accompanied with funds to cover shipping and handling. Please allow
2-3 weeks for processing your claim.
SHORTAGES, DAMAGES, AND DELAYS
In the event that your shipment is damaged or a shortage occurs, please
notify us promptly.
We will do our best to correct the problem.
PLANT SIZE In general, all peonies are 3-5 year old when shipped. They
will have 1-3 stems. Stem production is dependent upon the specifics
of the variety, age of the plant, growing rates in response to growing
conditions in China.
RESTOCKING CHARGE
If an order is cancelled after it has been prepared for shipment or if an
order is shipped and returned, a minimum restocking fee of 25% will be
charged including any shipping charges and the cost of any plants that
cannot be restocked. You will never be charged for any error on our part.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

listing, alive when shipped,
and USDA inspected free from pests. Any peony planted over 10
days, can not be returned for refund.

REPLACEMENTS:
If you require A replacement, please

plants that were sent. They do keep track!!!
OVER-WINTERING
Many factors such as soil moisture, temperature fluctuations, and root
development in the container can affect plant survival. Since there are so
many variables beyond our control, we do not guarantee survival of plants
over-wintered in containers or in the ground.
