bedroom cottage with its amply screened-in porch faces scenic, tranquil, Sodus Bay.
Fully appointed, it has a full kitchen, dining room, large living room, bath/shower and
garage.

The beautiful Sodus Beach on
the Lakeside of Ontario as well as the Bayside, is amply protected by 2 lifeguards, the
Coast Guard Station, all within an one block walking distance.
Sodus Point's Greig Street, the Loop, is home to trend setting restaurants and
nightly entertaining deck clubs. A real dining treat Connelly's Cove Restaurant,
accessible via a bay crossing or regular road, it offers a nautical atmosphere and outdoor
deck dining. Overnight dockage available.
Sodus Bay is the heart of Salmon and Lake Ontario Trout Derbies. Ample dock space is
available at the Sodus Point Pier to accommodate any size ship.
