PAYMENT POLICIES

The only accepted payments for international orders will be Paypal or wire transfer only.

(NO CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, PERSONAL CHECKS, ETC. WILL BE ACCEPTED)

PREORDER POLICIES

DIECAST CARS

All 1/64 scale cars require a minimum prepayment of $5.00 per car. The balance with shipping will be due within 14 days of being notified via e-mail that the car has been released and is in stock.

All 1/24 scale cars require a minimum prepayment of $50.00 per car. The balance with shipping will be due within 14 days of being notified via e-mail that the car has been released and is in stock.

All cars will be shipped once the balance due with shipping has been paid in full.

Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles will provide a approximate delivery date but can not be held responsible for any manufacture delays or cancellations.

If for any reason a preordered car is cancelled you may receive a full refund of the prepayment or have the option of preordering another car of equal value.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your preorder after prepayment has been made you may receive a refund of your prepayment less a 50% cancellation fee.
