Our Policy on Custom Orders!

There is no extra fee for custom orders.

I will quote you for the work.

It is important you give me all the info.

OUR POLICY: TERMS

All our covers are custom made to order.  If there is a problem with our covers, We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cutting errors:

If the table cover cut / size is incorrect based on wrong table information provided by the buyer / client (SHAPE, DIMENSION, THICKNESS OF TABLE EDGE)  There is a $20 recut fee.

If the cutting issue is based on our error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to the client.

Returns / Refunds:

We do not provide full cash refunds on any of our table covers.  All covers are custom cut / made to order.

We will accept a return based in incorrect size, or cut and will provide a refund based on our policy.  All shipping / handling is non refunded and a 25% restock fee is applied to any approved returns.

We will exchange a cover, without penalty for a color substitution.

We will also exchange a cover for a different fabric – with a price adjustment.

Our terms on Tablecloths -

1st off understand.. all our table covers are custom cut. 
WE do not accept returns for Cash Refunds.

We do not sell used covers.

For those that do not fit – as listed on our website @ sexybloomers.com: 

1. Misinformation, or lack of information can cause a tablecloth to be prepared improperly.
    
2. We ask our buyers to return the cloth at their cost.
    
3. Let me stress.. we do everything possible to get your tablecloth to fit.
    
4. If they do not fit.. We also ask buyers – when there is a manufacture error - to make us a paper pattern (putting taped sheets of newsprint on the table surface, marking the actual edge with a black marker, and cutting the table shape large enough to clear the actual table edge.  This provides us the TRUE Measurements for making a new cloth.  We ask that the paper pattern be included with the returned cloth.
    
5. Cutting errors can happen.  If the error was ours, we will remake a new cloth and ship it back at no charge.
    
6. If the buyer, however, from the start - provided incorrect dimensions of the table surface (L * W * D * table shape) - a new cloth can be made (either resized from the returned cloth or re- cut new) for an $15 fee.
    
7. The replaced cloth will be returned at no charge.
    
8. Our policy - We do not refund shipping or handling on any returns.
    
9. Upon authorized return, if the product was received lacking the paper pattern, we will issue the buyer a website credit only towards the production of another new cloth.
    
10. On Amazon Orders: We do not accept returns.  Any authorized return: All shipping / handling is non refunded, and a stiff 25% restock will be applied to any approved refund.
     
11. Amazon order that does not fit: We will exchange, at no charge, for color or corrected size.
     

Generally, since these are a one time, custom cut order, we do not accept returns for CASH refunds.

However.. if the tablecloth just won't work.. and only a return will be the outcome.. They maybe returned for refund less a 25% restocking fee.

UPS / FEDEX

I can ship with your UPS or FEDEX number, there is a $15.99 handling fee per order.
