All Sales are considered final unless a problem occurs.
As this is a Personal Care Product.. We can not accept returns or exchanges according to the following conditions:

On all Online ordering: My return policy is simple.

All postage / handling Fess are non refundable.
Personal Care Products that have been opened - may not be accepted for return for or Exchange.

We no longer issue Cash Refund on items returned that are not damaged. We will issue Web Site Product Credit that can be used for other purchases.
A Credit Certificate (less the 25% restocking fee) will be emailed.

We will not issue Cash Refund for Gift Certificates. We will accept Gift Certificates, redeemable toward most Web Site listed items.

Large quantities (any order over one set per item) are considered special order and a restocking charge of 25% is applied and deducted from the issued Credit. A Web Site Credit will be issued for further purchases.

All Shipping and Handling is non refundable.

We will reship whatever item that arrives beyond repair, replacement cost free, but the customer must pick up the shipping charges. All USPS Shipping/ Handling is non refundable. We do recommend that customers notify us immediately, so that we may discuss options.

Just to make it clear.. Mrs Kime no longer makes bob's blend

Our bee keeper Dave - now makes the formula.. with one exception.. unscented almond oil has been substituted for the mineral oil in the kime blend. This was done so the bee cream can be accepted as all natural ingredients for health food stores.

He makes the formula scented as well as unscented. I have both in stock

Dave's blend is also a thick consistency like bob's. If that is okay.. feel free to send along an order

Beeswax Almond formula - Secented almond oil substituted for Mineral oil in Kime formula - making final product 100% natural.

100% Natural Beeswax Hand cream is hand crafted using the finest natural materials. The beeswax is produced and processed by us to insure a clean, pure product. The beeswax color is evident in the cream. Sweet Almond Oil is used as the carrier oil. Sweet almond oil is very high in anti-oxidants and enzymes needed to feed, soften and nourish the skin. This is a water based cream that will hydrate the skin. The oils feed the skin and blend with the bees wax to form a moisture barrier that helps the body hold it's natural moisture and protect and promote new skin growth from the inside out. Vitamin E oil is used to aid natural healing. A small amount of almond essential oil is used to give the cream a clean, pleasant and light fragrance.
